The Olympic Games went by WAY too fast.
I know that I've been ranting and raving about the judging/mishaps/stupidity in various olympic sports lately but, that didn't stop me from enjoying them. Well, maybe a little. HA! But, now that it's all said and done, there were some great moments in week 2. But let's face it, between The Opening Ceremony, Michael Phelps' domination, The Redeem Team smashing everyone in the group play, Germany's Matthias Steiner's touching dedication to his deceased wife on the gold medal podium, and a slew of great comebacks and outright victories, Week 1 was better. Well, at least to me. Okay, Week 2 wasn't all bad, just not great.
Will there still be controversy in the following days even weeks? Absolutely! But let's all reflect on the great moments. A lot of history was made and tear-jerking moments shared. That just made me think about the Decathlon gold medalist USA's own Bryan Clay (who I think is quite handsome :blushing: ). He tried very hard at not crying during the national anthem. I wish he would have let it out.
With that said, what week did you enjoy the most?
As always, feel free to comment/air your grievances (in love of course) below.

I enjoyed the gymnastics, divin, and the first 4 Michael Phelps episodes. So, what was that, week 2? Oh, the diving was the final week, right? That's all I really watched. Unfortunately, I missed the weightlifting.
